Disciplinary process discussion document

At the last NoSCA meeting a document was circulated outlining some proposed changes to the NoSCA disciplinary process.

A copy of the document is now available on-line and this matter will be discussed again at the next noSCA meeting on Monday 22nd August at Nairn CC.
